We explain the prescription drug benefits and the difference between generic, brand, formulary and non-formulary. We assist your employees in determining if their prescription drugs are Tier I, Tier II, or Tier III. This impacts which plan they should choose.

  • If you business employs between two and fifty employees, is located in the State of California, and meets the underwriting guidelines for a small group then the insurance is “guaranteed issue”. This means that regardless of a particular employees medical condition they will receive benefits.

  • Small group health insurance plans are available for groups as small as two and this can be a husband and wife as long as both are active in the business.
