Specialty insurance coverage is available for risks including contractors & owners protective, wrapups, aviation, cyber liability, liquor liability, accounts receivables, ocean marine, and educators legal liability to name a few.

Lloyds of London is one of the most well known insurers of unusual risks that are unable to obtain coverage anywhere else. There are also specialty insurers known as captives and with the implementation of the Federal Risk Retention Act the formation of captive insurance companies known as Risk Retention Groups (RRGs) was encouraged. This broadened the market and provided a mechanism for insuring risks that the traditional insurance markets were ineffective in serving.

Today the captive insurance market has evolved to include Rent-a-Captives and Segregated Cell captives. In todays dynamic insurance marketplace there are few risks that are truly uninsurable, war being one of them.
